And after my last colorful Nail Art, today I show you a simple Swatch =p

voglio mostrarvi il ormai stra visto “ Blue addicted” della Essence, diventato popolare oltre alla sua bellezza anche per il fatto che è un dupe praticamente perfetto per il Famoso “Across the Universe” di Deborah Lippman! Questo smaltino  era nella mia wishlist da un po’ di tempo e finalmente sono riuscita a trovarlo!

Today I want to show you “ Blue Addicted” from Essence, which is  popular beside his beauty also for the fact that it’s a perfect dupe for the famous “ Across the Universe” from Deborah Lippman! This polish  was on my wishlist since a little bit and I finally found it!

Oggi vi mostro la mia prima tribal/ aztec mani! era da tanto che volevo farla e cosi ieri in meno di un ora ne è uscito questo:

Today I show you my first tribal/aztec mani! it was a long time that I wanted to create one, and so yesterday in less than an hour I came up with this:

Si avete letto bene Chanel……ma vi svelo direttamente il trucco: questo smaltino non è mio =p me lo sono fatta prestare dalla mia amica ( grazie Erika) visto che era da sempre che volevo provare un smalto Chanel! Ma penso che  non ne comprerei mai uno per via del prezzo troppo alto ! ( beh mai dire mai =p)

Yes you read right : Chanel……but I reveal you immediately the trick: this polish isn’t mine ;)

I borrowed it from a friend ( thanks Erika)  I always wanted to try a Chanel polish! But I think I would never buy one because of the high price ( well never say never =p)

My last manicure of 2011: new years eve!

Per l’ultimo dell’anno ho optato per degli sticker che ho acquistato su ebay (1.00 £)!

Mi piaceva molto lo sfondo argento con il disegno in pizzo nero.

For new years eve I choose to wear some full nail stickers bought on ebay (payed 1,00£)

I really liked the silver backround with the lace design.

Applicazione: buona per il mignolo, anulare e il medio.

Pessima per il indice e il pollice ( non so spiegarmi il perché)

Application: good on my pinkie, ring and middle finger.

 Really bad on the index and thump ( I can’t explain myself why)

Durata: pessima,  il giorno dopo avevo le punte rovinatissime! Ma cmq a me interessava la durata  principalmente per la serata, e per cui il loro dovere lo hanno svolto! alla fine si tratta di sticker (come quelli della essence) e non di smalto autoadesivo come nel caso dei nail patch tester della Sephora! E per cui la durata è quella che è insomma!

Duration: really really bad, the next day the tips where really damaged! But I don't really care, I didn’t had high expectations, they last what they was suppose to last :  new years eve !

NOTD: Pink & Black Geometric !!!

Rieccociiiii nel nuovo anno =)/ and here we are in the new year =)

E come primo post del 2012 voglio partire con una Nail Art che mi sono  portata dietro  dal 2011 ;)

And for the first post of 2012 I want to start with a Nail Art that I took with me from 2011 ;)

Si tratta di una scotch tape mani, creata con uno degli miei ultimi acquisti smaltosi di essence:

It’s a scotch tape mani, created with one of my last Essence Polish purchases:

• Nr.41 “Very Berry”

Per quested nail art ho usato/ for this nail art I used:

• Ho applicato 2 strati di “Very Berry”
• ho tagliato delle striscioline di scotch e le ho applicate in modo da creare dei disegni geometrici (tipo Tetris)
• ho applicato lo smalto nero
• ho tolto delicatamente lo scotch
• ho piazzato i brillantini rosa
• ho sigillato tutto con due passate di Seche Vite

• I applied 2 coats of Very Berry
• I cut out some stripes from scotch tape and than I applied them in a way to create a geometrical design (like Tetris)
• I applied one coat of black polish
• I slowly peeled the scotch tape away
• I applied the pink rhinestones
• Sealed everything with two coats of Seche Vite

Che ve ne pare?  A me è piaciuta tantissimo,  mi piace molto il fatto che ogni unghia ha un disegno diverso!!!
